Ryan Reisman was born and raised in Wichita, KS. In 2003, he moved with his parents to Scottsdale, AZ and graduated from Phoenix Country Day School. He was an active student and enjoyed math, English, Spanish, theater, improvisation, music, and writing. After graduating high school in 2011, he felt the need to separate from his family geographically and continued his educational pursuits across the USA in North Carolina at Elon University. There he graduated Cum Laude with a dual major in Finance and International Business. During his time at Elon, he was fortunate enough to study abroad in Israel, Australia, and China.
Commercial Real Estate
After graduating college, he joined Morgan Stanley in Scottsdale, AZ as a young Financial Advisor Associate. He was attracted more to the real estate aspect of investing and joined ESCEE Commercial Properties to concentrate on commercial real estate brokerage, where he specialized in retail properties for 1 year. Ultimately, he wanted to pursue industrial commercial property and left ESCEE for DAUM Commercial Real Estate. He spent 5 years specializing in industrial properties and land throughout the Phoenix metroplex.
Eventually, Ryan wanted to do things a different way and joined his family’s brokerage Reisman Realty in late 2023. Customer service and loyalty, both to his clients and from his clients are important to Ryan. He owns property himself, so the desire for a quick transaction to feed himself and his family is not the primary motive for his work. Ryan simply enjoys making great deals and working through the finer details of real estate contracts and relationships. He takes pride is always being honest and ethical. Applying his knowledge of fiduciary responsibility in finance to his business in real estate. He is the hybrid broker and technologically savvy. He knows the tools and ways the business is constantly changing. He assumed the role of Associate Broker at his firm in 2024. He has transacted over $25,000,000 successfully.
